Jonesboro, Texas is a small, rural community in Texas that sits on the Coryell and Hamilton county lines, about 16 miles northwest of Gatesville. It’s best known for Jonesboro ISD and the Jonesboro Eagles. The Eagles are a powerhouse known all over the state of Texas for the town’s six-man football tradition.
