A small ex-micronation in the shape of a sphere located in Leopoldstadt, Austria. It's declaration for independence was over art. It's literally the purest concept to ever exist.

Person 1:"Hey, did you know there was a micronation called Kugelmugel ?"
Person 2:" Of course! Everyone should know about it! It's the reason I wake up,to be honest!"
