1) a word derived from dark skinned people who enjoy rap and enjoy skateboarding but do not want to be called skateboarders because of so many punk gay skaters that give them a bad name. they are therefore called ghetto boarders.
1)gay punk: "dude are u a skater" ghetto boarder: "nah man im not gay, but i do ghetto board." *punches punk in the head*
