A show off, someone who thinks they're the don.

Me : Check out that unicycle rider he's got a bunch of flowers up his butt crack, reading the paper and hoovering the sidewalk while he performs to a street audience of 5000.

Him : Who does he think he is some sort of Charlie Big Spuds?
