This stands for Total Damage to Penis. It's used when you want to say you want to violently harm the penis of someone.

Person 1: "Hey, I want to do some TDP on you."
Person 2: "What the hell, man! I did nothing to deserve that. if you dare to try, I'll TDP you, you fucking bastard."
