Step 3: Move away from the hood cause if you don't they're going to cook your ass
Step 4: Buy Doo Gro (and presumably use it)
If steps 1-4 do not work, proceed to the following:
Step 5: Cut it all off and go bald, in Yuno's words "Gotta rock the baldy like SoLLUMINATI"

A pain in the foot, caused by something or other that cannot be identified, could be as simple as a sharp pebble in your shoe to as bad as you having stage four cancer tumor in your foot.
