1. The accumulation of milk, food, lint or other non distinct matter between the rolly polly fat layers of a baby's neck.

2. A meal that is so unidentifyable and mushy that it is comparable to a baby's neck jam.

2. Gee, mom, what did you cook? Baby neck jam? I'm ordering a pizza.
