Someone (more than likely an Apple fanboy) who buys way to many applications on the Apple App Store, yet will only ever use 4 of them.

Freddy: My iTunes apps combined collection is 1053+ apps at the moment.

Office Worker #1: Can someone please punch freddy in the nuts, he's pissing me off about his app collection again

Office Worker #2: Man chill out, he can't help it, he's an app-tard.
