Lycanthrobe is long term for lycan, someone who is a werewolf that can change at will.

Vikki: I'm ganna drain the blood of you, Marks, and you'll be sorry then!
Marks: Vikki...you can't kill me.
Vikki: I'm a goddamn vampire yes I can!
Marks: I'm a Lycanthrobe >:)
