Derogatory term for children, often used to demean the precious little bundles of joy some obnoxious parent is going off about.

I was shopping at the mall yesterday, and this kid would not stop screaming. I was like, control your damn crotch spawn, woman.

snatching wigs

To humiliate someone. Likely derives from cat fights, where women would grab at each others hair.

That girl would not take no shit. She was snatching wigs and taking names.
