Someone who has flagrantly bleached blonde hair and makes no attempt to hide it or deny it.

Emily doesn't like to admit that that jive-talking frosty can be smarter and more beautiful than her so she calls the gorgeous frosty a "bimbo" to make herself feel better because of course in her mind anyone who bleaches their hair has to be just a "bimbo".

adj. The state of something being very cool and agreeable.

Hanging out with those hippies certainly was cool boots for the time being but their cult-like tendencies really freaked me out.

(1) A car or other vehicle which has had its interior coated in vomit following a drinking binge

(2) A person who can carry their alcohol well

(1) After Sandra got tanked, she accidently turned Matt's car into a rumbuggy.

(2) My god, he's packed away four Wild Turkeys without flinching ! What a rumbuggy !
