An exclamation used to describe the feeling one gets after viewing or coming into contact with an adorable creature, preferably a good looking feline.

"Hey, come look at this kitten..."
"Oh my god! PING-TING!!!!!!! Sooooo cute!! PIING-TIIING-TIIIIIIING!!!!"

'OMG, she/he is PingTing! She/he must be from another universe!'
