People who look like the freshly hatched offspring of a clown. Often are townies in otherwise tourist or college-student filled ares. Attributed to noted philosopher Sean Keith.

crotch hawk

A person, usually female, who often checks out the bulge in mens' pants when in mixed company. A crotch hawk always knows when someone's fly is open.

"My friend Melanie is such a crotch hawk...I don't think her eyes ever get above the waist."
