The inability to hold back politically incorrect or culturally offensive comments or thoughts. Sometimes leaked out by accident or without crass intentions.

while interviewing an immigrant candidate for a job position using a phrase such as,

"Well, I guess we're all in the same boat . . .oh, I'm sorry for my cultural incontinence, it embarasses me all the time"
