Meaning Nigger in the State of South Carolina. According to "mainly" racist white males speaking of black males and black females. They say because of the way black folks smell and behave.
"Man look at that Hot Dog over there talking to that white girl! Or if any blacks especially black males are in listening distance they will just causally say aloud I hate Hotdogs don't y'all? And they will actually be talking to the black people with the black people thinking that they are actually talking about Real Hotdogs.
