This is used in a rush, you say it when you want someone to tell you something quickly.

Aaron: Ok, I'll tell you what the plan is.
Jason: qtm.
Aaron: We have to sneak past the teachers and then we'll grab the keys.
Jason: Ok got it, I gotta go now!
