1. A public hate figure.

2. Someone who takes people's boy/girlfriends to prove they can. There is usually no reason for this, and it frequently causes trouble and/or epic bitching sessions.

'My God, what a Slut Fletcher. She's stolen her boyfriend AGAIN.'
