A promiscuous human female that imitates a kangaroo's natural behavior of hopping except these women bounce up and down on the male genitalia

Joseph: Invite some of your chicks to the party.

Jordan: I'm inviting some slutaroos. They're kinda like kangaroos except they hop on the dick.
