A variation of the term Thats what she said but unlike TWSS, TWHS is not funny and should not be said. Especially if its a male saying TWHS. Bottom line "Thats what she said" is a phrase that should be eliminated completely.

Steve: Dude my thing was so long

Correct meaning is nipples that when a woman is excited or cold stick out so far they appear to be boners in her shirt.

When a woman is not excited or cold they droop looking as wieners hence the name wiener tits
