Nipper-Gripper

A beast that roams the streets or Rome and gives trees nipples, 10 years down the line the same beast will steal the tree's nipples thus stealing the trees soul.

Woman: How long has that tree has nipples? I say
Man: Oh my lady that tree has had them for about half a decade
Woman: Oh by God, the Nipper-Gripper will be collecting his dues soon
