(rhymes with "nah", pronounced in a curt and terse manner, often accompanied with a huffy cross-arms-over-chest pout, not to be confused with whine "waaaaaah")

a short, poignant expression of disappointment. kind of like the cliffnotes of a temper tantrum. used when you want to be a little bossy baby about something or in moments of frustrated exasperation or to indicate a moment where a single tear may fall down your cheek.
