The act of helping a friend with a broken arm/hand, to masterbate.

Also known as a tuggy buddy.

Guy 1: man it sucks you broke your wrist on the first day of the ski trip.

Guy 2: what's worse is it's my jerking hand!

Guy 1: well just don't expect me to be tugboating you this weekend.
