When you execute a cheeky vomit the morning after a big one and follow the 5 part process.

Chucking a debby - 5 step process:
1. Drink way too much
2. Go to sleep (eat nothing)
3. Drink 1.5L of water after waking
4. Chuck your debby
5. Eat something sweet to recover
