lunchable is a person worth dating only for an instant because they are barely nutritious and totally disposable.

That girl is hot enough to be a lunchable but i wouldn't see her again.

neighbors are two friends whose relationship is ambiguous enough where suspicion mounts by the amount of time they spend together.

first person: Are they dating?
second person: I don't know. They are always together.
first person: Hmm....I guess they're neighbors.

Munchable is a platonic friend (mainly of the opposite sex) who you like to cuddle and hang out with but would never ever date.

Oh, that girl? Yeah, she's just a munchable. We hang out but I wouldn't date her.
