Dutch Moomin

A "Dutch Moomin" is the art of taking an extremely sweaty man and placing him in front of a strong fan on a minimum of setting 4 on a hot day. The fan is then positioned in such a way that the people sat behind the sweaty man get the full force of his sweat and all aromas.

"Whats up Rob?"
