Noun. Grannykiller ('ɡra nē 'kɪl ər): A person who does not believe reasonable Covid-19 countermeasures are worth performing during pandemic outbreaks. These people have no love for their neighbors, and therefore refuse to perform the simplest tasks that might prevent the spread of the disease. See Sociopath.
