Little Twat Syndrome 

A term used to describe a complete pain in the arse who thinks they have ADHD, but in fact have been a little twat from birth. This condition is usually only known by their mother.

"Mum, I think I have ADHD. No you don't son, you have little twat syndrome. You've had it since you were born."
