Meth-canic

A mechanic who is on meth. They will swap out your new parts for old ones from the junk yard. You car will not be done in the time promised. On the plus side they are cheap and you can pay them in meth.

I used a Meth-canic to fix my car, it took a long time and he stole my catalic converter.
