the same as a piece of poo, a terd, the result of a bowel movement. Often said by people who are too lazy to say that they need to take a crap. It is often said that one must "pinch a bun" when they must take a crap.

"Ah man I've gotta go pinch a bun!"
"Spray some air freshener after man."
