A jello booty is a booty that moves like jello. This can be found on a man or woman, and when they take a step it jiggles. When you slap it ripples like water. If the person is walking fast it may jiggle so fast it can look like a blur. A jello booty is hypnotizing. Once you've seen it, it's almost impossible to turn away. You got to have love for the jello booty.
