Overgrown piece of fat. Usually related to jiggle or hypocrite PE teachers. When you touch it, it feels like jell-o. Also refers to your friend, an annoying person, or just some fat guy. It can be a girl too.

Raylei 

A gorgeous girl who loves guys older than her. A Raylei usually likes guys named Abe and sometimes even lives in his basement. Raylei's can be very sassy but can be fun at times too. Don't ever mess with a Raylei, she leaves slap Mark's for days. Raylei's like to teach health and sometimes refer to a health teacher when this term is used.
