Someone that is completely useless, a waste of space & bothersome and consequently shouldn't be stealing the oxygen we breathe

Phonophobic

Avoiding answering the phone at home when telemarketers call or when your caller ID reveals someone you just simply haven't got the energy to talk to.

I don't want to talk to them, so I'll let it go to voicemail as I'm phonophobic tonight
