A word for a short, balding man with a little weenie who has manhood and penis size issues and needs to add length to his penis. He often takes his miserable lot in life out on women and children to overcompensate for his personal and professional failures.

That guy over there yelling at his stepson is an Adcock.

He should be an Adcock and get an enlargement pump.
