Bångest 

An extreme sense of regret ('ångest' in Swedish) after downing an extreme and strong beer bong. You feel as you deserve, even though you don't.

'The Hangover'-trilogy is a fine example. You wake up wandering what the h*** happened last night and the regret sneaks up on you.

"Jag har så'n jäkla bångest!" / The sense of 'bångest' is clear and present.
