An extreme sense of regret ('ångest' in Swedish) after downing an extreme and strong beer bong. You feel as you deserve, even though you don't.

'The Hangover'-trilogy is a fine example. You wake up wandering what the h*** happened last night and the regret sneaks up on you.

bingestagram

The act of taking an excessive amount of i-phone photos of the same item or event and posting three or more of these photos on Instagram all at once. This plagues Instagram feeds with boring posts and generally leads to a decrease in followers of whoever made the posts. Bingestagram usually occurs when someone has been binge drinking but also may occur by socially awkward, extremely bored, or overly excited people.

Julia was so drunk at the wedding that she bingestagramed 9 photos of herself on the dance floor.
