A jessiefail is similar to an "epic fail". But, epic fail is all worn out and overrated. Jessiefail is the new "epic fail". It means to fail hugely and immensly.

Girl 1: I just saw this kid fall in the lunchroom and spill his lunch all over his pants!
Girl 2: hahahha, what a jessiefail!
