That person is a total nunzio. Just an NPC with nothing between the ears.

Also, that was a nunzio move. I can't believe what I just saw!

I was going for a Large Straight in Yahtzee and my thumb sneeze made me roll again! My thumb sneeze caused me to take a lousy Chance!
