That person is a total nunzio. Just an NPC with nothing between the ears.

The action of one's thumb striking a touch screen device in rapid succession involuntarily.

I was going for a Large Straight in Yahtzee and my thumb sneeze made me roll again! My thumb sneeze caused me to take a lousy Chance!
