small poos that really hurt and you have to force them. never pleasant. they also make inordinately large splashes.

urethra bubble, a blob of sperm which is stuck, then blows out like a bubble. is used to define someone who is being a real pain for it is painful.
can happen when kicked in the nuts too hard.

my kids are just a bunch of urethra bubbles. or the fucking uerthra bubbles are trying eat the paste
