A terrible crippling pain in the neck and upper back.
Also used to describe somebody who is useless dead weight that is a real pain in the neck!

1) Josh won't be in work today, he can't turn his head, his neckbago has really kicked in.

2) That fella is a liability, what a neckbago he is!
