A fine, young Hispanic - Latina - Mexicana girl of approximately 21 anos. The said female proves to be a real head turner, especially when working in under-staffed government facilities...And by under-staffed I mean, lacking foxy women.

Jon (on front steps of USDA portals building): Man Kirk, that chick you work with is a real salsalita. You think she'd be down to kick it?
