Bart Starr

This is when a male has a female in the doggie style position and proceeds to strategically place a thumb into the females rectum. The position looks similar to a football quarterback under center, hence the name.

-While I was banging the one chick, my buddy had her sister in the Bart Starr.
-I was hittin my girl from behind and decided to kick it up a notch by putting my thumb in my mouth, then dropping the Bart Starr on her ass.
