A certain hour of the night (usually 2 or 3 in the morning after a lot of drinking) when people simply tell others exactly how they truly feel; often being extremely blunt and harsh. Always very entertaining to be involved in!
Person 1: "It is definitely Blunt hour."
Person 2: "Fuck you! You spend too much time with your girlfriend you bastard!"
Person 2: "Fuck you! You spend too much time with your girlfriend you bastard!"
