Sugar Bowl

A haircut, also known a Bull cut or a crew cut. It is used when referring to when some one has botched bull cut or crew cut.
A sugar bowl is when a Barber/Hairdresser puts a sugar bowl over the customers head and shaves around it. It may also be used as a nickname for a person who received a bad haircut in the past.

Innocent boy

An Innocent boy is commonly used Galway or traveller term to describe a person who is;

1. afraid to take a risk(often referred to as a pussy).

2. a posh, upper class individual who says large words or dresses like a rich person.

Innocent boy is also used as an insult to describe one's hatred or disgust at some ones actions or appearance. Usually in this case will be used by a chav or a traveller.

Here boss, look a that dirty innocent boy over there.

Don't be such an innocent boy(pussy)
