Anything that can be made light/fun of. Something capable of being responded to quickly, sarcastically, wittingly and generally with little effort.

The good book is probably the most quipable book ever read. Case and point... The man who writes in red say that if my brother is thirsty/desperate, it is my duty to quench the thirst (or satiatethe desperation).
