If the enviromaniacs have it their way, we'll all be living in trees and taking staycations forever.

Someone who would like to or speaks to commit an act of terrorism, but doesn't have the ability or the balls to do so.

A nations security forces can only investigate true threats, there is no time to bother with terrorpeligics.
