A person who searches for 6/10 or under females. These types of people can be very disgruntled at times. You will often see a SIMP on the side begging for some spare coochie. Be warned ugly and underage women!

Jessica: “John DeFrancesco is the biggest simp in the school. He tries to get with all the freshman. Don’t be a SIMP!”
