A Superheater is a joint. Cigarettes are called "heaters" thus joints are superheaters due to their marijuana content.

Robbie - "Yo, can you lend me a heater?"
Christian - "Yeah I got you, wanna hit this superheater too?"
Robbie - "Hell yeah!"
