term used for someone who follows the rules to everything, abides all laws, and who never lives their life dangerously.

Joe:But wait, isn't that unfair to the customers? They can't shoot a round basketball through a bent oval hoop.

Moe:Yeah yeah Prosky, no one will ever know.
