A person who enjoys pleasure through being abused but could also mean a person who is an inconsiderate asshole who enjoys being rude and vulgar to people
It also could mean someone being racist

The boy was being tricark at every hit his father gave him
The harley riders were tricark even though everyone kept saying to stop being loud
