The daughter of a Naval Officer, i.e. Navy Brat. Come's from 'Daddy's little girl' and there daughters who were notoriously spoiled when 'daddy' came home from deployments.

'She's not just a navy brat, her dad's an officer so she's a Navy PRINCESS.
